I was extremely happy with Lea as my personal trainer. I was suprised, how quickly could see results, how my mood and overall wellbeing has improved, and also my back pain is gone! Two births, stress and unbelievable daily schedule have brought me a lot of unwanted weight. I couldn’t get myself around all the information available, so I got help with Lea.
